The Uphouse (Self Catering)

Situated on the wild, unspoiled West coast of Scotland overlooking Loch a Chadh-fi near Kinlochbervie, Sutherland.
If you are looking for Peace, Quiet and Tranquility you will not be disappointed.

The Uphouse is fully equipped with Dish Washer, Tumble Drier, Washing Machine & Fridge Freezer.

There is a Double Bedroom, Bathroom with Bath & Shower,
Lounge with Traditional Stone Fire Place & Open Fire (guard available).

Heating, Bed Linen & Towels are included in the price

We are Dog Friendly, all pets welcome but as this is a sheep grazing area we do ask guests to
keep dogs under control and on a lead where necessary.

Fishing on the Rhiconich Estate is available on a Daily or Weekly basis, Permits can be obtained from
the Durness & Kinlochbervie Angling Club. By coincidence Graham Wild is also the club chairman so you
will not have to go far for a permit.

The Uphouse is about 5 miles from Kinlochbervie and has no WiFi, Internet access or Mobile Phone coverage.
However there is a landline in the main house for emergency use.

Tariff for 2013-2014 based on a 2 person let per week:

November	to	March	£280
May	to	September	£340
April	and	October	£310
Christmas	to	New Year	£320

A deposit of £25 for each week booked is required on confirmation of booking with payment in full one
month prior to arrival.

Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday with guests arriving from 4.00 pm onwards and vacating not later
than 11.00 am. Please note that from November to March guests can arrive from 3.00 pm onwards.

We advise guests to take out Holiday Insurance.
