Picture Framing

Picture frames are hand made using high quality mouldings and archival quality mountboard(s). Artwork is hinged using conservation tape. A barrier card separates the artwork from the backing board and the frame is sealed with self adhesive brown tape.

My philosophy is to frame/present your artwork in a manner that can be completely reversed. So I will not mount anything using an adhesive unless agreed with the customer. Most forms of adhesive mounting are a one way process and the possibility of problems arising from bubbles etc is quite high.

Whatever you want framing it will be carried out to a very high standard and I offer a money back guarantee.

Due to my geographical location, in the Highlands of Scotland, I do not carry a large variety of mouldings and other materials.

To reduce transport costs I restock every month and will order additional materials at this time. However if you need a particular style of moulding quickly then we can negotiate the price.
